Dueingdorf: Manufacturing of Wooden Shoes




Mr. Ahring from Dueingdorf was the last manufacturer of wooden shoes. That's what local farmers used to wear all year long. Except on hot summer days when they walked barefooting. And except for church visits when they had to squeeze into their Sunday best.
